Return Eligibility

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return items within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items, such as final sale items, customized products, and perishable goods, are non-returnable.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. Contact us at support@akibastore.com to arrange an exchange.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
